By accessing or using Rubrii, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

• The Platform does not provide medical advice or treatment recommendations
• Users are responsible for their own clinical decisions and patient care
• Information should be verified against authoritative sources
• Emergency situations require immediate professional medical attention
• Compliance with Indian medical regulations and licensing requirements
• Adherence to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and related regulations

To access certain features of Rubrii, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you meet the minimum age requirement (18 years or older)

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Rubrii offers both free and premium subscription plans. Payment terms include:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
